As a girl with a big chest, I can confirm that having a small chest is literally goals. Having a bigger chest makes you look bigger when you wear baggy clothes, it hurts when you run or jump if you don't told on to them, and not having a bra on makes them sag and shows a lot more even though you have an undershirt and a shirt on.
