I think im actually gonna kill my landlord

me and my roommate have been living in this place for a couple of months, and im so ready to move out or kill this bitch. from the start she takes advantages of immigrants hard bro. my roommate is a first gen, homegirl didn't even gotta see his birth status to tell he wasn't born here based on his english. n his name is on the lease but I was there for when we were signing shit. like she has this way of talking with them and acting like a bitch bro. she told us to contact her when we arrived, we didn't lol. the place had literally two boxes of drinks in the fridge as soon as we walked in like???? no wonder why. she often parks her car in front of our garage n other owners cause ours is right at the front and I would literally have to go over to tell her to move her car or wait till she does. another time was when my roommates girlfriend wanted a key and so he asked her for one and she was added on our list later, and she said "I already gave it to you? you must've lost it" like what? when did u give us a key lool. she doesnt fix shit. the garage was broken and we had to wait like a week cause "It wasn't a concern." or an emergency (mind you, shit up north GETS COLD the minute september comes so imagine how cold the our cars were), our place fire alarm is broken since we came, STILL HASNT FIXED IT. the electricity goes out a suspicious amount, n she waits till like tomorrow to ask people to fix it. our neighbors are also loud as fuck, either right next door or outside our place. she aint do shit even tho we told her multiple times to tell them to settle down or be quiet. I think she got some pent up anger tho, like right now she was walking down and we were moving stuff and we had a couple boxes and she was like some. "yeah you need to move it right now." as if we didn't have our hands full. I swear bro she hates minorities or something im gonna actually bts outta her
