Thoughts of tardniness?
I personally don't mind if people are >10 minutes late to an event/outing that I planned. If its just the two of us, they dont even have to let me know that they are running late until its been over 10 minutes! But after that I think a text or call from them is necesary and then I dont even mind waiting 20 minutes more bc i know they are on their way and I can find things to do to pass the time. If they're gonna be 1 hour late though... yeah we should reschedule lmaooo. I think things like house parties and casual hangouts are more flexible. Like if my friend invited me over to their place to hang out at 5 ish, im probably not gonna be there until 5:30 bc why do i have to be there at 5 exactly?? you werent doing anything before i came and its the same for after I leave. Why are you making it seem like i made an appointment to hang out with you?? I honeslty wouldnt care if they showed up at 7, but just as long as they let me know iff they ARENT coming
Im pretty sure i have time blindless but I always do my best to be no more than 10 minutes late to an event and my freinds are very aware of this, so its not really and issue. and maybe its bc im chronically late that i dont mind waiting for other people.
idk bru i get nervous if they're 10 mins late and stay on edge until they text me or smth, i'll wait for like an hour or smth like that nd if u dont come by then im going home fuck u nd ur tardiness 1 reply
I’m always late so this is biased lol. But 10mins and less is not late to me. 30min is acceptable. More than 45min if I’m waiting outside or we’re going to the movies is a bit frustrating but i won’t say anything because I’m myself always late. Most people have a good excuse for being late myself included and I think we should try to unde...... reply
I've had times where I've tried to meet people in the city (an hour away from home) and people have been an hour or more late. I've friends who have circumstances like when they can't drive and there forced to wait for their parents. I've had a friend be three hours late even after we moved the time back. I'll be honest I don't care as long as they...... reply
As long as it is not an official business like school or work. I think I kinda agree they could be as late as they want as long as they're actually on their way. Though doesn't mean I'm not mad. If we were hanging out or something, they should be the one to buy the foods reply
