How old were you when you read/saw your first yaoi?

I don’t think this counts as yaoi but my first exposure to gay romance in anime was when I watched Yuri!! On Ice in middle school, maybe 11-12 years old. I didn’t really think much of it then, just thought it was cool that a gay couple was featured in a show because that’s not really that common in anime.
