I’m eating rn and it just popped up in my head. What is a meal that brings nostalgia to you? Or what’s ur fav dish in general?

Mine would have to be beef caldera which is a Filipino dish. I gobble it up every time ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

Ikan mas arsik... Common carp with torch ginger, andaliman, galangal, lemongrass and tons of other spices. It tastes fresh, salty, a little bit sour and spicy. reply
