Think of this question as signing a contract. Theres lots of things that make a contract invalid but here are the three main things I would focus on if I were to be signing a contract.
1. The person is not in the correct state of mind.
2. The terms are vague which leads to miscommunication.
3.The subject of the contract is illegal.
