First manga?
What was your first manga (or anime) and how did you even find it?
Myself personally, have no friends that could have introduced me to the manga world, I just coincidentally found someone talking about "Black Haze" on twitter, and it just opened a new world. I wonder what wouldve happened if i never read it
the first anime i every watched was Naruto. my brother intoduced it to me when i was in grade 1? we watched stuff like Beyblades, Pokemon, DBZ etc. after that. i know technically the ones in English aren't anime but whatever....
the first manga i read was in grade 4 i think. i stumbled upon Webtoon and read a book about how this girl was a mermaid...... reply
These were both from many years ago....like...I was 9 when I first discovered anime. And I'm 21 now. The first anime I ever watched was Naruto. Watched it on Toonami, but a week or so later after some curiosity about Toonami, I found Bleach. And while it wasn't my first anime, its what truly got me addicted to it. Sorry Naruto lol.

My first manga was Doraemon when I was in elementary school grade 3th. My cousin who's ten years older than me is moving to a new place outside the town and he decided to give his Doraemon mangas to his cousins including me. My first anime is Naruto bc it was shown on our local TV 2 reply
Doraemon or Detective Conan. Can't really remember which one first. The two mangas always appeared in every bookstores you can find here, even now :'> My mom's work was near a bookstore so I always went by to have a look lol. reply
My first ever Manga was Inuyasha! A really obsessed otaku girl (she's a good friend of my older sisters) gave me the first 3 chapters as a birthday gift. My sisters told her that I really like watching anime especially Inuyasha and Ranma 1/2. I think I was 9 years old or younger...
