I have problems with anxiety and paranoia, which causes me panic attack and insomnia. I usually sleep with lights on or my television on while watching something until I fall asleep - when I can sleep -. I need sounds and light, no matter if it is strong or weak. And especially sounds, I hate silent places because that's when my paranoia gets worse......   reply
