for me it’s amnesia trope. it needs to die immediately. it feels like finding gum in hair with the way it surprises me bruh. bc how have we got there. where did it come from?? it’s even worse when it feels like the end of the story then BAM, he lost his memory. even worse when they finish the whole story off with amnesia (i’m looking at you shadow hunters) WHAT WAS THE REASON?? WHAT PURPOSE DOES IT HAVE????
The "im not like other girls" trope. Like wow you're so quirky! you read books are have no friends cuz ur soooo different. I also hate pop culture references like dont u dare mention TikTok or Instagram. Another one i hate is when they're a 16 years old but is literally leading an army to take down the government like wtf Huge age gaps also irk m...... reply
