Did they remove the report manga option?

I'm trying to report an inappropriate, off putting and unrelated post that was uploaded as a chapter in a manga. I remember there used to be an option to report the abusive use of chapter upload here by going to the manga's page and click a flag. But found its not there anymore.... Anyone can help? Big thanks in advance if you know and report it.

The chapter in question is chapter 194.5 of One Punch Man.
