I've been trying to find this manhwa for a while but i just can't find it???
So it's like the mc is this normal guy living in poverty in korea but he actually works for the government as a missionary or something??
And at first we feel like it's a joke cause he seems really pathetic and he's having a normal life but then we find out later that he actually
is working for a missionary
And he was sent by the government to find out those who rebel or
something like that.
Its mostly like a slice of life, comedy (maybe action) and it was made into a web series of I'm not wrong
(Also the mc speaks in a countryside type of accent if that helps)
