Ways of de-stressing?
I really need to de-stress because I'm doing way too much at one time, I already plan on having a hot shower tomorrow morning with some tea but I wanna what you guys do to de-stress
Work out. I'm serious, i used to roll my eyes at ppl who had said this either e.g. influencers. I've long found that lifting is more effective than any of the anti-depressants I've taken in the past.
