The worst teacher I had was in my last yr of hs. They were absolutely mind boggling and quite a few students dropped their class and more than half reported them for a number of reasons but nothing was ever done...That teacher had us in the first week making themselves seem chill but we should've noticed the red flags based on the way they had like ZERO filtration of their words. For reference let's just say their fav topic to talk ab was r@pe and drugs and would always tell us how one of their past student couldn't understand why women couldn't get over [email protected] it had nothing to do w the lessons (this was an English class) but they still chose to go off topic like ALL THE TIME. The whole class ended up making a gc to rant ab them cuz reporting didn't work. They'd talk ab the most triggering topics from sa, sh, etc. w/out warning yet tell us to censor the stories we wrote (big hypocrisy on their part). Like one time they told me to censor the story I wrote just bc it included the word alcohol ONCE so I changed it to 'apple juice' out of spite and they told me it sounded "PROVOCATIVE" so I just gave up cuz ain't no way I'm gonna argue w someone whose got that little brain cells. There's more to it but it'd be way too much to type out-
in 10th i had a math teacher who screamed at me for doodling on the back of my test. she told us to not flip over our tests until she told us to. she did NOT say "pencils down" so i drew on the back of the test while this slow bitch was passing out tests for 10 minutes. all off a sudden, from across the classroom the teacher starts SCREECHING and S...... 1 reply

Many teachers thought we were dumb, you can probably tell at times within our speech. We struggle a lot with reading and writing, simple because of dyslexia. Something that runs in our limited knowledge of our biological family.

My maths teacher was so damn scary, he would pick someone to go solve questions on the board, if you failed even one of them he would slap you, lash onto you and roast your entire family. another one in middle school deadass saw my arm (which back then had a lotta "barcode" marks iykyk) and grabbed me by the wrist and yanked my sleeve down IN THE MIDDLE OF THE CLASS. then sent me to the principal's office IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. omfg it makes me fucking mad rememberin...... reply
Reading the answers here is absolutely horrifying. I'm sorry that so many have had to go through so much - the shit yall went through is something that should not have happened.

I'm deaf and in in year 7 I wasn't able to wear my hearing aids because I needed new ones and my current one at the time so it was hard hear and for some reason none of the teachers were aware that j was deaf, I had to tell then myself. In any case we were doing math in class and I couldn't hear her properly and there was no sign language interpret...... 2 reply

My chem teacher in ninth.. she just loves calling me out when I don't look at the board for a second or ask someone something small. She also has favorites like????? And I lost my glasses bc I left it in a fifth grade class and she didn't let me go get it the day I left it and I couldn't find it the next day.
