my toxic trait is reading trash ass stories that anger me so much so i seek out even more trash ass stories to override that and it just gets worse and worse.

Laughing in between arguments . Idk why but angry face seem so funny to me . Well i am trying to change this since i often crack up when getting scolded by mom and then well yk the rest .
