What y'all think about giving electronics to babies?
Like those big tablets / phones and always having it on. Personally i dont think its that great as it fucks up the babies system - they aren't supposed to have that much stimulation. I get u wanna distract ur child but puttin them on colomelon or whatever 24/7 is maybe not the way to go
Kids having access to ipads and other electronics isn't an inherently bad thing. If monitored correctly and used properly they can be good tools for education and entertainment, the problem is a lot of parents don't know how to properly monitor what their kids do online (and some parents just straight up don't want to).

Maybe put some restrictions? First time I got my own phone(maybe around 10-11 yo), my mom only allowed me to play with it less than an hour a day. Parents needed some rest too reply

shit parenting technique. i understand if ur busy yk with like cooking, paperwork, or whatever but just giving ur child an ipad to keep them busy everytime is a temporary fix for a long term problem.

It's really messing them up bruh. They get so entitled because of addictions at such a young age. People should definitely get books back into kids' lives b/c I know I would not have developed properly if I hadn't been exposed to literature. I know 7th graders who literally cannot read. reply

i think its terrible and if i ever have to raise another kid i wouldnt give them electronics. my step siblings kids are all ipad kids and they are the worst. the oldest is 11 cant read, cant hold conversations, can barely order her own food at restaurants. they dont have an imagination so they dont even know how to play with toys. the closest they ...... reply
after hearing abt the experiences of ppl who were exposed to "ELSA GIVES BIRTH???" or "ELSA has a BABY with SPIDERMAN!" type of yt vids, I'd say no. The kids that end up watching those grow up to be hypersexual and struggle with weird fetishes. It's a real thing and there are tons of elsagate documentaries. So hell no bro 1 reply

I was pretty good at filtering myself, but sometimes inappropriate, disturbing, and harmful topics I didn’t even know existed snuck through in videos I thought were okay.
