What do you think is the most irking habit you have? (*you* think its annoying, not someone else)
I'm asking to people, including myself, who have habits that they know they ave and want to get rid of them but are either too used to having them and its just so ingrained in your lifestyle that it's near impossible to get rid of, or habits that are just caused by addictive element. I'm asking because I'm basically addicted to electronics and my pare ts don't forget to remind me every day but even if I know I have stuff to do and that it's bad for my body to stay still for long periods of time, but it's just that even if I say "ok i should get off now" I can't cuz I'm like "well 1 more game/round" and that continues and it's becoming detrimental especially during the time that im asking which is to say quarantine...
I don't know if this is a normal thing when I clearly know it's not but it's like laughing and after doing so I do this kind of growling or groaning noises with my throat. I kind of like breathe together with my nose and throat. I never laugh without ending it with a growl or something. The sound really annoys me and it's been there for 5 years I g...... reply
