It's so bad for me all i have eaten since yesterday is an orange (it's 5:00pm now). I start getting such suicidal thoughts and cry sm. The worst i have done during periods is literally self harm. There's nothing I can do about it. It's just always happens plus I get so painful cramps
I didn’t have time to think because I was busy throwing up and being curled up on the ground from pain lmao. I'm on birth control now because of it, go to the gyno, get some tests and see if you’re a good fit for it. If you have suicidal thoughts only during your period then you should go to the gyno ASAP. reply
