Skin tips please
Ok so I've always had really good skin like no matter what I ate or how late I slept and when I tell you I barely drink enough water to live I'm not joking and i really didn't have a skin care routine I still always had clear skin and tbh I really have to thank my grandma and her dad for that but anyway like I I was saying I always had clear skin but because of stupid teen hormones I'm breaking out a little I mean it's not that bad but since I'm not used to it feels like a really big problem for me rn even tho it's not and I'm just getting so annoyed rn so please any tips
Everyone’s skin’s different but getting a good cleanser (I use CeraVe foaming facial cleanser) , keeping ur skin hydrated, and trying not to touch ur face can def help.
For pimples, hero pimple patches rly help me out a lot whenever I get an occasional big pimple 100% recommend

A lot of acne problems come from internal issues like your gut and hormones, if you're a girl drink a lotttt of spearmint tea, it blocks androgens which are male hormones that increase during teen years and that causes acne, it also helps regulate oil production. Just fyi acne can respond to different treatments depending on the person. I usually rec starting with a hydrating BHA (also called salicylic acid), also you can try retinol which also helps with post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. Been there, my mother is a huge skin care freak.
But honestly besides skin care products, the most important and effective way of keeping the skin clear and also better looking than most is all about what you consume and do with your body.
Avoiding carbs, wheat, sugary foods, high sodium foods
Avoiding milk or light chocolate
Exercise

Stick to a simple (2-3 steps) face routine. a facial cleanser with acne medication in it, this over the counter acne medication I use called rugby, w benzoyl peroxide in it, and a good moisturizer did wonders for my skin.
