skincare newbie!! (help pls)

i saved up enough money to at least buy skincare products but i dont know which ones to buy ( T﹏T ),, im aware to have dry skin and ik its best if i consult w a dermatologist but i dont want to waste my money any less than it is now...
for the main question: can i ask whats your daily skincare routine? how did you start? and what are the products you used? much be appreciated if you leave a small tip for me huhu (●'◡'●)ﾉ
If you have SUPER dry skin, try to only wash it once per day and look for a cleanser that says 'hydrating', 'gentle', 'nourishing' or similar in a CREAM or BALM (this is a solid that warms to liquid in hands). You only need to go down the cleanser aisle at your local pharmacy and pick one - preferably on sale.
