Trouble eating

I had a really bad fever a while ago and suffered from reduced appetite(I'm skinny and weigh 97 pounds regularly, I can imagine I've gotten even smaller) but didn't realize how bad it was and was only at most eating a handful of food and drinking lots, I not sick anymore but when I feel hungry and go to the fridge I immediately feel full after just looking at the fridge, I would still feel hungry when I went back to my room. How to fix appetite turn-off if anyone experienced it here?
