For me, It's Penelope Judith from Who made me a princess. Greedy and Arrogant, but you have to applaud her for only thinking about power and how she didn't fall love with any of the Obelia brothers. Wished she had more lore though
Everyone hated her because she neglected her daughter in the previous life but the same people loved Claude when he did something much worse just because he is a man. At least she is trying to do better now.
