nightmares
genuine question here, does anyone else have like hyper realistic nightmares?? Like normally i can tell when a dream is a dream even while sleeping, but when it comes to nightmares i feel like im actually there. They also are nightmares of things that can possibly happen in real life unlike my dreams which are just sunshines and rainbows, and my nightmares show up when im not sleeping?? Like i could be awake just using my phone and i’d see the same character from the nightmare standing in the corner of my room it goes away after a while, i told my friend about this and nigga said im schizophrenic but i dont think so, does anyone else have any similar experiences?
i lived on a dorm like 6 years ago, every night i dreamed someone stood beside me n wake me up by tapping my arm n then just stare at me, the thing is i sleep on the upper side of a bunk bed. it goes on for a year lmao and i always wake up at exactly 1 am bc of it, its just get more real everytime bc its not really a chaotic nightmare yet it feels ...... 3 reply
