Opinions on true crime???
Just saw this video on TikTok of this girl trying to act edgy about how true crime didn't affect her and this really got me thinking how much the genres dehumanizes the victims and glamorize the killers...i mean just a year ago the Jeffrey Dahmer show came out and people made fucking edits of it and turned it into a meme ☹ the families of the victims are still alive and talked about how the show reopened old wounds ┗( T﹏T )┛
I think True Crime followers (not using lovers or addict for obvious reason) should always remember that true crime is TRUE CRIME, that it's really happened to people on the past. Reading and watching so many stories about true crimes can make someone not treating the true crimes with respect. I almost became one of the people who said 'Jeffrey Dah...... reply
