Just saw this video on TikTok of this girl trying to act edgy about how true crime didn't affect her and this really got me thinking how much the genres dehumanizes the victims and glamorize the killers...i mean just a year ago the Jeffrey Dahmer show came out and people made fucking edits of it and turned it into a meme ☹ the families of the victims are still alive and talked about how the show reopened old wounds ┗( T﹏T )┛
I remember I saw this one tik tok of this girl watching a true crime and she was pointing out the killer’s mistakes and saying what he should’ve done, like Dawg what?? Why are you trying to give advice to a mass murder, I hate my generation bro reply
