The original definition of proshipper, was a person who followed the "don't like don't read" rule and was anti-censorship, it doesn't stand for "problematic ships". (Like pro-life, doesn't stand for 'problematic life'). It just means minding your own damn business. I find proshippers weird, I mean I get the "think about the character dynamic, ignore the age" but you cant really ignore the age if its THE character dynamic. I think that the issue is whether or not it will leak to their inrl interactions (no you cant fully separate reality from fiction).
