I did not like Circe by Madeline Miller. I thought it would be more compelling because omg greek mythology, she turns men into swine, and has magical powers??? I mean the prose was beautiful and I guess it's supposed to be a deeply philosophical retelling of the woman psyche or something but I did not connect to her at all.
