BLs where the characters don’t have the same generic personalities

hey, I’m new here so I hope this isn’t in bad taste or anything ;-;
so i feel like every BL i read, it’s always “one is tough and overprotective and Hates Everyone Except His Love Interest, the other is extroverted and friendly and maybe a little bratty.” There’s nothing wrong with that dynamic, i’m just kinda getting bored of it? does anyone recommend any series where the characters have strong/unique personalities?
