Am I ungrateful for disliking translations that aren’t done well? I feel like it takes away from the story and makes it hard to enjoy whatever I’m trying to read.
I’m talking about translators that rely on MTL and admit themselves that they don’t know what they’re doing or that it might be bad. Why post in the first place?
I also know that my opinion is unpopular but I guess I just want to know if there are others who feel similarly to me…
Honestly i feel the same way but ONLY for series that have been picked up by a translation team. Like literally what’s the point of posting your shitty MTL translations with big ass fucking logos everywhere when people know they can get a higher quality version somewhere else?
