Books about history???

Historical fiction or nonfiction? Nonfiction I only read about classic antiquity in my language. Historical fiction I have my fav book, which is an anti war book about WWI, written during WWII that was temporarily banned after pearl harbor (I'm pretty sure). It's called "Johnny Got His Gun"   reply
