kinda toxic but "it's not that deep" is such a powerful phrase. whenever i'm having a mental breakdown i go "girl this is embarassing it's literally not that deep" and then i casually move on with my day. not sure if suppressing all that is a healthy coping mechanism but so far so good 2 reply
