What turns you off when reading Yaoi?
For me it's when the uke is confused/hate/reluctant to be on the bottom. Because usually when the uke is like that, the seme will push the uke until he's willing to submit -_- The highschooler side couple in Honto Yajuu is a good example of that I very much prefer a gay bottom uke that's not afraid to bottom and an understanding seme please :)
1. If there's rape or abuse and it's romanticized, I'm gone.

3. If these motherfuckers are having sex immediately, without any buildup or sexual tension beforehand, I'm going to be bored as hell. ( Unless the sex scene itself is well executed, then it's valid. )

I don't like phsyical violence like hitting or rape, love triangles or harems, cheating, uke/seme stereotypes, absolutely perfect/superficial personalities. Being perfectly good looking all the time. When a body part get torn off, broken, etc. and they get raped and mindfucked. Plus omegaverse. There are only a few I like but even while I read them I don't like parts of it. Only one hasn't disappointed me and I'm currently reading it so hopefully it stays that way. 1 reply
Ir depends on my mindset going into the story. If I know it's just a random hardcore porn, I don't mind rape at all. If it actually has a plot, rape is a big turn off. Pedophilia and incest always gross me out tho reply
