Is it just me or do y'all avoid reading anything below 9 rating
When i was new to the site i didn't know how things worked over here so i just read what ever had an interesting cover. what I realised was a lot of the stories i liked had high rating like up to 9.0-9.9 similarly stories I disliked had a low rating so over the years if I see that the story has high rating I immediately assume its good cuz this site rating never disappointed me. I think it is the most among other sites so I trust it this lead me to be quite picky with what I read.
I usually avoid anything below 8.5 because that's when I feel they start to be actually shit. Ratings on this site can be really misleading so I trust comments and reviews more. Comments can also be iffy tho because they're usually left by fans who are allergic to criticizing the things they like, and they'll only be talking about the most recent e...... 1 reply
I do take into account if I’m looking at a story and notice a rating below 9. Though I will ignore it however if it’s in the 8.4-8.9 range and the story seems good. I agree with you on that the site’s ratings are fairly accurate, however I have seen high rated stories that are not THAT good but have huge fan bases. I’ve also found stories b...... 1 reply
the true masterpieces are 3 to 4 stars.... if the stories you liked had high rating bestie you reading romanticised abuse cus this site is the worst of the worst 3 reply
i avoid reading stories below 9.0 as well. although when i see a story with a good cover but low rating i usually read the first 10 chapters to see if its actually good or not. though after reading the answers to this post, my view has changed. reply
i avoid anything below an 8.8 and usually look at the comments and i mainly trust the 3-4 star reviews or look for one who describes everything wrong w it reply
