Need help,, This is for our communications subject in school

So our topic is about trans people and people's identity and one of the subtopics under it was food, beauty, and mind, which is basically about society's standards, fatphobia and controlling shits the institutions have done to us. Can y'all write down some preaching or experiences or maybe realizations about this kind of topic? I have some ideas in my mind about how the flow of my reporting will be done but I still need some inspirations. Also, i'm afraid I might offend other people if I say the wrong thing so please help me if you can hehe
