Well if dress design ideas are all you want then I can go overboard
How about a velvet dress with full sleeves that have fur or fluff (quite thick types) at the end of the sleeves and the end of the dress
Plus as Neko suggested, Faux Fur wraps look gorgeous
Maybe pair that up with lace gloves of your choice + those fur and lace hats
