Look girls from my class are wearing too much make up and it looks seriously DISGUSTING! It works the same way. So don't worry about them and don't expect from them too much if you know what they're going to say. If they say something like this again tell them "But I'm sure for 100% that you wouldn't be able to draw something like this" or something like this. I think your qork is amaizing I can only "copy" drawings or art. I can't even make a story or make my own character. I am a good drawer but not to draw on my own. Drawing, painting.. art in general is more about feelings. So if you like to draw Yaoi then do it, and ignore the rest. My friends know that i like BL stories, even if they don't like them they won't stop being my friends for this reason. Lol. You will find friends like that as well.
