I need help on a class project
I’m doing a class project at school and we need to do a fake simulation of a trial we need to judge a character that has pushed somebody to suicide and we’re allowed to make up fake proof that character is a pregnant woman that isn’t married that was pushed to suicide by her religious friend what kind of proof do you think I could make to prove the woman was pushed to suicide? The trial is set in 1940 but the person died back in 1931 and the woman who died was rejected by her parents we can make any type of proof as long as it makes sense in the timeline
I did something similar in jr high for a modern witch trial lol brings back memories. I'm going to assume this is for the US. I'm going to do a bit of research and put what I understand on this time. I enjoy doing things like this lol.

First of all what kind of class assignment is this but either way
- check the people around her for witnesses on how she acted, if she had asked any weird questions concerning religion to them (usually you'd ask for such things to look for anyone in a similar predicament
- any changes of behavior
- increased visits from said "friend" in the last...... reply
im not a lawyer so dont put your trust in me but these are the things i came up with
1. vandalism of victim's personal property
2. threatening / hateful letters from the friend to the victim
3. things abt the religion that prove that they hate unmarried pregnancies
4. letter from religious friend to the victim's parents that expose the pregnancy ...... 1 reply
