lets say omegaverse was real would homophobia still exist or nah? like if men could get pregnant would there still be people against it??(like those people that argue being gay is unnatural since men can’t have kids would they find some other way to justify being homophobic..?) would religions also be affected? also would being intersex be more common..?
Yes homophobia would still exists when it comes to Second gender stuff.
I'd assume that alpha x alpha of the same gender would be seen as some devil work. also omega x omega would be as sexualised as gay relationships trust me with that. reply

If there's a will, there's always a way. I'm sure people will find some way to make an hierarchy between their "genders" and in a lot of omegaverse stories the mc will be looked down on by others for being a guy omega or wtv.. So its definitely possible. reply
I guess most of the people are homophobic not because it's a same gender relationship but because the couple won't produce kids...so if a same gender relationship as such in omegaverse gives them an offspring none would say anything. 1 reply
So it really depends on the Omegaverse. I have read loads that do have types of Sexism.
Homophobia is an offshoot of Sexism, so if there’s any kind of discrimination against any sex, there will be something like homophobia.

Idk what omegaverse y'all are reading but I've read a lot with this stuff:
-Male omegas being really rare or at least uncommon
-Homophobia and heteronormativity still existing
-Alphas being disappointed and/or disgusted with being matched/mated/etc. with a male omega

I doubt it would exist bc there won’t be any arguments against gay people in an omegaverse universe. In an omegaverse universes, sex doesn’t poses a problem in regards to discrimination where as their gender identity (alpha,omega, and beta) does. Basically gender identity are more important than sex.
