tips for learning german

does anyone know how to learn german quickly as a beginner,i am planning on learning till B2 and i am on a time crunch.i have done A1 but i feel like i cant speak it well and i keep forgetting and the thing is my A2 course has started already and i dont have much time as i have school exams too and i really need to learn german to pursue my further studies what do i do.isw i have so many things to do i am so stressed WHY DIDNT MY PARENTS PUT ME IN CLASSES BEFORE
