I asked my friends about this but they all just called me crazy So like I'm always thinking of a trillion things at once but also like.. Not thinking at all?? I feel like i can hear people, or like my inner voices having conversations in the back of my head And it always gives me crazy headaches it's so overwhelming Pls tell me I'm not the only one

I got that neurospicy and boy is my brain LOUD. Can't even listen to relaxing ASMR sometimes, my brain just be yapping too fkn much for me to hear it. 2 reply
The thing is the headaches are correlated but not necessarily CAUSED by the '' firework of thoughts '' , could it be that the headaches are rather a reflect of the state of your brain,
Like i am thinking of simple things that can produce headaches, like not being hydrated enough = not drinking enough proper fluids = water/soups/etc ,
or having ...... reply
