When to seek professional help?
i have been having severe brain fog since 2020 (lol) and it wasn't affecting others around me. Until now it's gotten so bad that I tend to not remember things that happened the day before. Even if i do seek help I'm not sure how to bring this topic up at all. Does anyone have a similar experience? or know when its the right time to ask for help?
Psychologically, seeking help from a therapist or even a psychiatrist can be really helpful. I don't have room to talk, I still need to see a doctor about the migraines that focus on my former head injury (2021) and severe sleepiness.
