Accidentally spilled like a spoonful of my drink on my laptop in my bag and some went in the port so I cleaned it up with tissues, tried opening it but the screen is not opening AND JUST PLEASE TELL ME IF ITS GONE OR THERES A CHANCE AFTER A WEEK OR I NEED TO ASK A PROFESSIONAL

Liquids can fuck up laptops but you won't lose by going to repair shop to see if it can be saved (unless the fees are really bad or something) reply
Ok the screen is working now. There’s a fan malfunction so I’m just gonna fix and wait it out for a few more days. Ok people saying r/ice doesn’t own a laptop. reply
I feel you, this happened to me two months ago. Just clean thoroughly and remove the keyboard keys and blow dry at low power. Try placing the keyboard facing down so any water can drip off. Don't restart the laptop at all. If it still has issues go to a professional or buy an external keyboard, its way cheaper than a full repair. This only applies ...... reply
