I'm not sure which country you're in but in mine, it is made explicitly clear that tests and examination answers are to be written in non erasable or bleed-able black pen. This is information students are made fully aware of as early as the start of the year, and especially so during the exam period and right before you enter the hall.

I sort of understand what you are getting at, simply put:
SA and rape is very prevalent in fictional stories i.e. manga/manhwa/manhua.
