It's not something I seek for when I read it but when I do read it I actually prefer consensual dub-con/consensual non-consent. I think I like it's because I like the idea of chasing one's pleasure/sort of roleplaying while still having a fall back of a safe word or gesture that signals either "hey slow down" or "hey stop".
