Dark romance isn't just about NC, r_ape or CNC (personally, I don't see CNC as "dark"). It's quite a overused trope to the phycological element so it doesn't phase me anymore (considering even non dark ones also have this--). I love other extremes which aren't Just this. 1 reply
I'm a huge dark romance fan and I love all the dark, extreme stuff but not the r*pe part. I guess there are people who r into cnc (most of them have cnc because they have been SA'ed and I heard it's a coping mechanism) but people who straight up romanticises r*pe is insane.
