MMF josei with two vamp brothers?

I remember reading it on the bat site before it died, and haven’t been able to find it since. It was about a woman whose childhood friend is a vampire and his brother (also a vampire) gets jealous of them and iirc it ends in a threesome (bc why pick lol).
It reminded me a lot of umekoppe’s work, but I don’t think it was by them.
Anyone know what I’m talking about?
