Help me find a bl plz

It has old artstyle like 2015-2016 , already ended 5 years ago , the mc has brown hair , was a skinny guy , pretty and knew it , always getting hitted on by guys but he was not gay ( was maybe homophobe) , he had a bestfriend who had bleached hair who likes him but got rejected, still remaining friends , then the mc join a company to work , he meet the ml , who is his superior / manager , who was also homophobe ( i think ) and doesn't get the hype over the mc first, but slowly falls for him .
