volleyball tips?
im a complete beginner and js want to know if there are any volleyball players here with experience? I want to start doing this sport and id like to start being dedicated! how did you start? what was your routine? what should i improve and what should i know before playing?
im willing to be apart of our school's varsity to add up with my scholarship ~_~ money is tight in this economy
Just wanna say how much your hand and arm is gonna hurt to the point it turns red cause goshdayum the ball hurts and you need a lot of strength to hit the ball over the net (it changes) and to make it fly high for spikers to hit. It's fun tho, but low key hates it when some people don't hit the ball your way cause you won't do that well. 1 reply
