omg I avoid any of these 'booktok' books whose plot is literally mainly driven by trash romance and 'spicy scenes'. like if I open a fantasy book I'm expecting quality world-building, interesting politics, complex characters etc. not a flat af girlboss female protagonist (or just a bit advanced version of 'y/n') involved in a love triange with 2 me......   reply
