Can't help with history (geography is better) but for eng lit literally just do past papers and memorise key points on the mark schemes. Also go over key quotes and make flash cards writing down analysis for specific ones. Also look into different themes that may come up (eg if you do macbeth, one of the themes is kingship). I fullu understand that characters can be annoying but what's with the hate towards female characters in action?? A female character could literally be legitimate and helpful but she'll be called a bitch bc the readers feel threatened by a 2d girl stealing their man.
But when a male character shows up in the same manner he's helpful and a good part of the team??
