Your thoughts on a person who reads mostly BL?
I've watched a lot of discourse and video essays on youtube and read some on reddit about women reading BL/Yaoi, etc. But I wanna know how it's perceived in this community. I've been reading for years and will hit my 1000-mark on my "already read" content here, I do read other genres but it's mostly BL. Just wanna hear everyone's thoughts honestly.
I’ve been reading bl for awhile but like to me it’s just a genre of manga/manhwa I like because if we really think about it, all manga genres have negative parts of it. Honestly depends on if you fetishized gay men in real life and don’t respect them. I read josei, yuri, and isekai mainly outside of BL and they’re just as problematic. reply
